Product descriptions, images, and trademarks shown online are for reference.
Retailers are encouraged to call or visit the godown for final quality verification before placing an order.
3. Ordering & Pricing
Prices displayed on the website may change due to market fluctuations.
Orders are processed only after confirmation from Mahadev Agro.
Mahadev Agro reserves the right to accept or reject any order based on stock or internal policies.
4. Payments
Payments must be made through the approved methods.
5. Delivery Terms & Conditions
Delivery Charges – Hanuman Chowk
₹30 per Qtl for orders above 3 Qtl
₹50 per Qtl for orders up to 3 Qtl
Delivery Within 10 km
₹50 per Qtl for deliveries within a 10 km radius
Applicable only when total transport weight exceeds 10 Qtl
Minimum Transport Weight Requirement
The delivery vehicle will not move until the minimum required load is achieved.
This weight can be met through:
A single retailer’s order, or
Shared deliveries (combined orders from multiple retailers)
Shared Deliveries
Transport charges are calculated based on each retailer’s weight contribution.
Delivery time may vary depending on when the combined load reaches the minimum transport requirement.
General Delivery Conditions
Delivery timelines depend on order volume, load readiness, and route schedules.
Mahadev Agro may update delivery charges based on fuel prices or transport adjustments.
6. Return, Refund & Exchange
Retailers are expected to check product quality at the godown before confirming purchase.
No return or refund is allowed after delivery if the retailer has already inspected and approved the quality.
For exchanges, the retailer must bring the product to the godown for inspection.
If any issue occurs due to a backend mistake from Mahadev Agro, corrective action will be taken by the company.
7. Use of Website
Retailers must not misuse the website or attempt any unauthorized access.
Website content (text, images, product listings) may not be copied or used without written permission.
8. Privacy
By using our website, you agree to the data-handling practices described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
Mahadev Agro is not liable for:
Losses due to incorrect details provided by the retailer
Delays caused by external factors (transport issues, strikes, natural events)
Any misuse of products after delivery

Mahadev Agro may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
