1. Quality Check Before Purchase

2. No Return or Refund After Delivery

Once a retailer confirms the product quality and rates and the order is delivered, no returns or refunds will be accepted.
This is because the retailer has full opportunity to inspect and verify the product before purchase.

*If a retailer wishes to exchange a product, they must bring the product to the godown directly.

Exchanges will be processed only after inspection of the returned goods.

Any adjustments or exchanges are subject to product condition and management approval.
