*We currently provide delivery within Dehradun and nearby serviceable areas.
Delivery availability may depend on order volume and transport schedules.

*Orders are processed during business working hours.
Most orders are prepared for dispatch **within the same day or next working day**, depending on product availability and transport load.
3. Delivery Schedule
*Deliveries are done based on transport routes and minimum load requirements.
Shared deliveries may take additional time until the combined load is ready for dispatch.
Delivery updates are shared with retailers whenever possible.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges apply based on:
*-Delivery location
-Total order weight
-Applicable delivery policies stated in our Delivery Terms & Conditions
5. Minimum Load Requirement
*Transport will move only when the minimum required load is achieved, either by a single order or combined orders.
Delivery timing may depend on meeting this load requirement.
6. Inspection at Delivery
*Retailers are requested to check the bags and count at the time of delivery.
Any concerns must be reported immediately to our team.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
A delivery may be marked as failed if:
*The retailer is unavailable
The address is incorrect
Payment is not ready (if COD)
In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.
8. Shipping Limitations
*Delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic, strikes, vehicle issues, or other conditions beyond our control.
