Payment Policy

At Mahadev Agro, we follow a transparent and straightforward payment process to ensure smooth transactions and consistent pricing for all retailers.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment modes:

* Cash

 Online Payments (UPI)

 Bank Transfers

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

*Cash on Delivery is available for all eligible orders.

Retailers must ensure the payment is ready at the time of delivery.

3. No Credit Facility

*Mahadev Agro does not provide credit or delayed payment options.

Our business operates strictly on cash flow, which helps us maintain consistent stock availability and offer the best wholesale prices to retailers.

All payments must be cleared before or at the time of delivery.

4. Payment Confirmation

*Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation (if prepaid).

For UPI and bank transfers, retailers must share the payment proof when required.

5. Billing & Records

*Official bills and payment receipts will be provided for every completed order.

Retailers are requested to review their invoices and report any issues immediately.
